What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone, email, the job address, the year your home was built, your notes, your contact preference and any photos you send.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, write your quote, schedule and do the work, send reminders, and keep records the law requires. Photos of your home are used only for quoting and job records.

Text messages and WhatsApp

If you tick the customer-care box on our quote form, we may text you (SMS or WhatsApp) about your request: quotes, scheduling and reminders. If you also tick the optional offers box, we may send occasional promotional texts about 1–2 times per year. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also just tell us "stop texting me". Consent is not a condition of purchase.

We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Services that help us

We use a few service providers to run the business: Twilio (texting), Google Workspace (email and files), [PAYMENT PROCESSOR] and [FORM/AUTOMATION HOST]. They handle your information only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it
