  Covers the first hour, then $75/hr in half-hour steps. Sticky doors, loose hardware, weatherstripping, caulking, small patch-ups.

• Drywall patch, up to about 6 inches

  Ready to paint. If your home or building was built before 1978, we may need to limit paint-disturbing work for lead safety.

• Lever handles or lockset, first door

  $45 for each extra door.

• Battery smart lock or video doorbell

  Includes help setting up the app. Battery-powered only, no wiring.

• Bathroom safety package: 3 grab bars

  $495

  Three standard straight grab bars (we supply them) with all anchors and hardware, installed into studs or blocking on drywall walls. No tile drilling. $495 is the full price for the visit in Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Mt. Pleasant, and surrounding areas. This package is the whole visit and can't be combined with other services on the same visit or project.

For hourly jobs, materials are billed at cost plus 10% and shown on your written quote before we start. Package prices already include materials. No card surcharge. Your written quote is the final price; nothing is added without a written change, signed by both of us.

We keep every job small. Each visit and project, including materials, stays under $600 total. We can't split larger jobs. If a job turns out bigger, we'll tell you honestly and help you find the right person.

Work we pass along to the pros

We don't do electrical, plumbing, gas, or heating/cooling work, or roofs, windows, mold or asbestos. We're happy to refer you to other trade pros. We take no referral fees.

Your right to change your mind

After you sign a quote, you have 3 business days to cancel with no penalty (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays don't count). When you sign, we give you two copies of the cancellation form, and we schedule the work after that window so nobody feels rushed.

Frequently asked questions

Do you assemble furniture or hang shelves?

Yes. Those are priced on your written quote at our hourly rate: $99 covers the first hour, then $75/hr. We anchor shelves into studs or the right wall anchors.

I rent. Can you still help?

Yes. For anything that changes the walls, like shelves or a TV mount, please check with your landlord first.

Do you take bigger jobs?

Each visit and project, including materials, stays under $600 total. We can't split larger jobs, but we'll help you find someone who can do them.

Do you do electrical, plumbing or heating work?

No. We don't do electrical, plumbing, gas, or heating/cooling work. We're happy to refer you to other trade pros, and we take no referral fees.

How fast will I get a quote?

Usually within 24 hours. Photos help us be quick and accurate.

Do you work for small businesses?

Yes, for small jobs like shelves, signs, doors and patch-ups. The same under-$600 rule applies to each project.

Do you charge for travel?

No. There is no travel charge in Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Mt. Pleasant, or surrounding areas.

How do I pay?
