Quotes
Every job gets a written quote. Quotes are good for 30 days. The written quote is the final price; nothing is added without a written change signed by both of us.
Prices
Prices on our website are for the work described there. Package prices include materials. For hourly work ($99 covers the first hour, then $75/hr), materials are billed at cost plus 10% and listed on your quote. No card surcharge and no sales-tax line.
Small jobs only
Each visit and project, including all work at the same home around the same time, stays under $600 total, including materials. We don't split larger jobs.
Work we don't do
We don't do electrical, plumbing, gas, or heating/cooling work. We're happy to refer you to other trade pros. We take no referral fees.
Older homes
If your home was built before 1978, we may need to limit paint-disturbing work for lead safety.
Your right to cancel
You may cancel within 3 business days after signing (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays don't count). We give you two copies of the Notice of Cancellation when you sign, and we don't start the work until that window has passed.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is done, by a secure payment link [or cash/check – to be decided]. We will never ask for a card number by text.
SMS Terms
Tridge Home Repair offers optional text messages (SMS and, if you choose, WhatsApp). You opt in only by ticking the unticked boxes on our quote form. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Customer-care texts: if you tick the customer-care box — quotes, scheduling and appointment reminders. Message frequency varies.
- Occasional promotional texts: if you tick the optional offers box — about 1–2 times per year (for example, a seasonal reminder).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 989-264-1692 or email office@tridgehomerepair.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
