Bathroom safety package: 3 grab bars
$495Three standard straight grab bars (we supply them) with all anchors and hardware, installed into studs or blocking on drywall walls. No tile drilling. $495 is the full price for the visit in Midland, Bay City, Saginaw, Mt. Pleasant, and surrounding areas. This package is the whole visit and can't be combined with other services on the same visit.

Lever handles or lockset

Battery smart lock or video doorbell

Small safety fixes
$99Covers the first hour, then $75/hr in half-hour steps. Non-slip strips, sticky doors, loose hinges, weatherstripping, battery smoke/CO alarms.
TV mounting
$129Up to 60 inches, into studs with your mount, cords off the floor. 61 inches and up: $159. No in-wall wiring.
We keep every job small. Each visit and project, including materials, stays under $600 total. Your written quote is the final price; nothing is added without a written change signed by both of us.
How it works

- Take your time. After you sign, you have 3 business days to cancel with no penalty (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays don't count). We schedule the work after that window.
- We come on the day we promised, work carefully in your home, and clean up.

Do you install grab bars into drywall?
We anchor every grab bar into wall studs or solid blocking, never just drywall. We don't drill tile.
Can a family member set this up for a parent?
Yes. On the request form, choose "A family member helping the owner" and add the homeowner's name. We'll send the written quote to whoever you ask us to.
Do you do plumbing or electrical safety work?
No. We don't do electrical, plumbing, gas or heating/cooling work, including faucets, wired lights or outlets. We're happy to refer you to other trade pros and take no referral fees.
Will you call me with sales pitches?
No. Call, text, or use the form and we'll gather details right away. A real person reviews every quote before it's sent. We never make robocalls or outbound sales calls.
